AN AUTHENTICATED PRIVACY PRESERVING MULTIWORD DATA RETRIEVAL OVER HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS

N.Savitha and Dr.P.Periyasamy

With the help of the Internet, data is often shared between organizations in Business-to-Business healthcare networks. The mobile healthcare networks apply mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets, to enable patient-to-physician and patient-to-patient communications for better healthcare and quality of life. In existing systems for the above services, all the users directly publish their complete profiles for others to search. However, in many applications, users’ personal profiles may contain sensitive information that they do not want to make public. The existing system applies the FindU, a profile matching scheme for the Mobile Social Networks. In this paper we propose a set privacy-preserving profile matching scheme called FindU for Mobile Health Networks. In this scheme an initiating user can find from a group of users the one whose profile best matches with his/her; to limit the risk of privacy revelation, only necessary and minimal information about the participating users is exchanged. We propose novel protocols that realize each of the user privacy levels. We design authentication strategies with privacy-preserving profile matching requirements in different interactions among participating entities. Finally, we have evaluated the security and computational overheads for our proposed schemes via Secure Multiparty Computation (SMC).
