Abstract :
In the digital era, the phrase "eye strain" is frequently used. It happens when your eyes begin to tire after focusing on one task for a prolonged amount of time. Its symptoms include aching, fatigued, burning or itchy eyes, dry eyes, and occasionally wet eyes, double or blurred peripheral vision, headaches, and increased sensitivity to light. Using a cool eye mask while you sleep will help ease the symptoms of eyestrain since it will relax the veins surrounding your eyes and provide a calming sensation. Cellulosic fibers made from the bamboo plant are known as bamboo fibers. Bamboo fiber features a variety of micro-gaps, making it softer than cotton and improving its ability to absorb moisture. It is utilized in the creation of bandages due to its antimicrobial properties.
