IDENTIFICATION OF CRIMINALS USING ICA (INDEPENDENT COMPONENT ANALYSIS)
This paper work is real time detection and identification using automatic surveillance camera and related hardware. The proposed system includes 4 steps which include real-time data and image training face recognition with Haar - Cascade classifier comparison and matching of trained images with camera real-time image recognition based on the comparison. With the advent of security technology, cameras, especially CCTV, have been installed in many public and private spaces for surveillance purposes. CCTV footage can be used to identify suspects at the scene. This system represents a technique for accurate facial recognition in a real-time environment. Haar Cascade is one of the leading open source platforms for facial recognition. Here, the system uses Haar classifiers to track faces in an image using the OpenCV platform. The accuracy of facial recognition is very high. The system cleverly recognizes one unique face, which is useful for quickly searching for suspects and criminals, because the computing time is remarkably short. A criminal database is available in this system. When the system uses it as a crime database, it can distinguish individuals and track criminals and offenders found in common places in a given area and store their identities in the system.
