Abstract :
The concept of the Bitopological spaces was introduced by 1. Bitopological spaces have application to many field such information and control. The concept of ij-Semi-open set in Bitopological space. The concept of contra-continuity in Biopological space. The concept & properties of Decomposition of pairwise continuity . The notions of contra-continuous functions in topological spaces. Some interesting properties and inter-relations between the concepts introduced are established. Also some properties concerning ij-semi-open set and ij-Semi-continuity are studied.
